We are experts on Carriage of Goods by Land, Sea and/or Air. We represent some Insurance Companies on cases of Salvage Charges and also on General Average Expenditures, Contributions & Adjustments and how accurate and correct the adjustment is before assessed contribution is remitted.
Also, we handle the Ship-Owners' Interests on cases of P&I (Protection and Indemnity) and liability of Cargo Owners as per the existing laws/rules under the Carriage of Goods by Sea Acts and contract of Airfreightment as evidenced by the "Bills of Lading."
