(2)    For Cargo Superintending Assignment in any West African  
         Port(s).  Please fax the Under-listed documents to our office  
         prior to the arrival of the conveying vessel in Port Delivery:

          (a)    Photocopy of the Supplier Invoice
          (b)    Photocopy of the Bill of lading to identify  the ETA
                   of  the vessel and her handling agent at port of                        delivery.
          (c)    Photocopy of the packing list.
          (d)    Name & Address of the consignee & clearing Agent.
